How long has it been since your foundation has been adjusted or checked? 

 

If you don't know, it is most likely time to get it done.  We recommend getting your foundation adjusted once every 3 to 5 years. 

 

The biggest reason your home needs adjusted is due to settling.  Settling happens naturally over time and can happen quickly depending on the composition of the soil under your home.  

 

If you have any water intrusion under your home from a leaky pipe or malfunctioning evaporator drain line for instance, it is important to get your foundation adjusted right away.  Water intrusion can speed up the natural settling process exponentially that could cause many issues.

If you are starting to experience squeaky floor or minor cracking in the drywall by the marriage line seams then you are definitely in need of an adjustment.
